490 10 30 days EOM - Not yet received. Payment received: Payment averaged around 30 days, although I occasionally asked them to delay a small invoice (USD 350 ). (Will work for again: No.) BLI has been completely silent since the original invoice, and has ignored monthly statements of June 30, July 31, and August 31. I phoned them today and they were very polite and advised that a check would be cut in the next couple of weeks. I pointed out that if it were not received by Sept. 30, another late charge would apply, and the lady promised to convey that to the bookkeeper. Will report back October 1. 11/8/2007
489 10 30 days EOM - 65 days late Payment received: sometimes 1 week late... last time more than one month late... (USD 350 ). (Will work for again: No.) A check for the original invoice amount of $351.24 (June 15, due by July 31) was mailed October 2 and received October 4 (timing substantially as promised in the phone call previously described). Outstanding late charges ($21.50 to date) were not paid. I will deposit it and cross my fingers. Assuming the check clears, I will close the account and send a final statement at the end of the month.
