409 10 60 days end of month - No, 7 months late Payment received: Usually, see below. (around 800 EUR). (Will work for again: No) It took me a long time to get anyone to look into the issue, I had to send endless reminders and emails. I only got a response when I sent an excerpt from my feedback in ProZ.com BlueBoard (a Payment practice list) and let them know that I would proceed with legal action. As soon as I stated this, I got a response from the director of the agency, accusing me of bad quality transllations (this happened 9 months after delivering the projects, though no negative feedback was received, while I was working for them) and threats to inform other transllation agencies about the poor quality of my transllations. He declared that he didn't owe me anything and said he'd only pay after I remove my negative comment about them from the BlueBoard. I refused to back up and give up the principle for money:) and finally received the Payment after 7 months of waiting. [Hearsay info deleted] 7/24/2009
408 10 60 days ? (can't really remember) - yes Payment received: no, still not paid after 2 reminders (thousands of francs (before euro existed)). (Will work for again: yes) They stopped giving me work because after several years I wanted higher rates, but they have always been very nice. Contact person's name is still the same. 7/2/2009
