|2508||0||60 days end of month - No: I received today a second partial Payment (2/4) for my invoices dated September and October 2004, still without having been consulted by the agency. Payment received: No, 1 month late (see comments) (Approx. 1,100 euros for these two last invoices, approx. 1,500 euros for the November invoice. ). (Will work for again: I informed the commercial representative/PM that I would not accept work from them until all my invoices are settled.) Today I have received a second installment and I had sent in the meantime a more official reminder to the agency. The manager of the agency, Mr. Marek, sent a note stating that I would receive the last 2 cheques by the end of February but that the accounting department is closed until March 5 for all residuary questions (I assume that refers to my November invoice). On the phone, Ms Martin-Gonzalez finally admitted the agency has cash flow problems and that it should last until the summer of 2005||7/30/2009|
|2507||10||60 days end of month - No: I just received partial Payment (1/4) for my invoices dated September and October 2004, without my approval. Payment received: Yes (Approx. 1,100 euros for these two last invoices, approx. 1,500 euros for the November invoice. ). (Will work for again: For the moment, yes, but I am starting to have doubts about its financial situation. ) [Mod. note: rating based on reduced Payment.] I have been working regularly for this agency since 2002. In the beginning I was always paid more or less on time (never more than a month late), but it seems that Payments are getting more and more a problem for the last year or so. Each time, I have to get in touch with the commercial representative (who is also the PM) and ask her why I have not been paid yet. Sometimes, she says my invoice has not been received, today, she said it was not normal and that I should be paid for my work. I have asked if there were any financial difficulties but she said there were none that she was aware of.||7/28/2009|
